some informations, to keep your projects on track :

• occupancy rate for the first year : between 20% and 30%
• part of the turn over in the marketing : between 5% and 10% --> it means that you have to forecast the turn over, maybe the net result
• check on booking.com the average price for a ** hotel in Gythio (less than 150 € !)
• training budget : check on Internet the acceptable values (between 0.5% and 5% of the total payroll)
• no investment for the moment (from year 3, not before) ; idem for dividends
• you're supoosed to fill in the forecasts

Teams 1, 2 and 4, you can change your decision sheet if you want to adjust.

Teams 3 & 5, I'm waiting for your work at 5.00 pm. If I haven't reveived it, you have a 0.
