Dear students,
I ask you for 3 tasks:
1/ individual work: in 1 page maximum, explain me and justify (based
on results from year 1 to year 4):
- 2 good decisions you've made (year 1 to year 4)
- 2 mistakes you made (idem)
- The 2 axes to focus on for this 5th and final
decision (in your opinion, not obviously the opinion of the whole team)
Please send me an email for the 03/22 (next sunday - each of you, not only the manager !) with your individual work and specify your name in the document (title of the file : name-synthesis.doc) and in the subject of the email (excelia - individual work)
2/ decision 5, the last one ! everything could change in this decision, because team 2,
team 5 and team 6, you're very closed. Don't forget that I take in account (for
the rank on financial performance) only the 3 last decisions (so year 3, 4 and
5).
3/ The blog: What is a blog ? It' s "an online
journal or informational website displaying information in the reverse
chronological order, with latest posts appearing first. It is a platform where
a writer or even a group of writers share their views on an individual subject".
a kind of guide with the mains questions before
creating a blog (example for food, a very popular subject) :
https://firstsiteguide.com/food-blog/
Please, send me the URL link, with
the decision 5. You need to write at least 4 posts on your
blog, with various subjects.

We change the schedule :
- individual work for the 03/22
- decision 5 + blog for the 03/25
(instead of 03/20)
- shareholders letters for the 03/31 (instead of
03/27 ; more informations for this later at the end of the week
Good luck !
Anne Queffelec
Dear Ms Queffelec,
RépondreSupprimerFor the blog: In the guide that you share with us they explain that we need to pay for create the blog, is it normal?
For the decisions: I still don't understand why we have a big decrease like this because all the years we increase all the benefits and decrease all the charges and expenses so I am very lost.. Can you explain to us what is the problem? Why your results are completely different from ours? Because if you not I don't know how can we improve our work...
Waiting for your answer,
AE team 1
